BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (June 2, 2026) – Lifepoint Health today announced that it has completed the acquisition of eight acute care hospitals from ScionHealth. This transition is expected to be seamless for patients and communities, as all facilities will retain current employees and providers, and maintain all existing services.

The eight hospitals that are part of Lifepoint’s acquisition are:
- Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, Mississippi
- Ennis Regional Medical Center in Ennis, Texas
- Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, Tennessee
- Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, West Virginia
- Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, Texas
- Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia, Texas
- St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho
- Watertown Regional Medical Center in Watertown, Wisconsin
With the completion of the transaction, Lifepoint’s healthcare delivery network now spans 68 community hospital campuses, more than 70 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals and more than 300 additional sites of care.
