David M. Dill
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
David Dill is chairman and chief executive officer of Lifepoint Health. In this role, he is responsible for the development and oversight of Lifepoint’s strategic priorities and organizational growth, advancing the company’s mission and strengthening its culture enterprise-wide. He joined Lifepoint in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer before serving as president and chief operating officer from 2009 to 2018.
During his nearly 20-year tenure with the organization, David has driven Lifepoint’s transformation into a diversified healthcare enterprise with nearly 55,000 employees, growing revenue from $3 billion to more than $10 billion while strengthening its focus on quality, safety and operational excellence. Under his leadership, Lifepoint has established more than 45 strategic partnerships that have expanded the company’s reach and enhanced access to community-based healthcare in both rural and urban markets.
Before joining Lifepoint, David was executive vice president of Fresenius Medical Care North America and chief executive officer in the East Division of Fresenius Medical Care Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA.
David serves as chairman of the board for the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and also as a member of the FAH’s board and Executive Committee. Additionally, he serves on the American Hospital Association’s Health Systems Committee. He is immediate past chair of the board of directors for the Nashville Health Care Council and remains an active board member. Additionally, he serves as a director on the board of the American Heart Association's Greater Southeast Affiliate and is a member of the board of trustees for the Murray State University Foundation.

Aaron Lewis
President, Chief Operating Officer
As president and chief operating officer of Lifepoint Health, Aaron Lewis leads the company’s operational strategy and performance across its acute care, rehabilitation and behavioral health businesses. He oversees five operating divisions and drives alignment among key functions, including operations, quality and clinical services, finance and growth, to support Lifepoint’s strategic priorities and continued expansion.
Aaron previously served Lifepoint as president and chief financial officer, overseeing the company’s financial operations and providing strategic healthcare finance leadership. In addition to finance, he oversaw information technology, innovation, development and Lifepoint Business Services, the organization’s shared services structure. Earlier, as executive vice president of growth and integrated solutions, he was responsible for growth and outreach, business transformation, physician services and strategic partnerships across Lifepoint’s communities. He also served as senior vice president of care continuum and business transformation.
Prior to joining Lifepoint, Aaron served in multiple leadership positions at RCCH HealthCare Partners, including senior vice president of strategic growth and vice president, operations and strategic alignments. He also held operational and development roles with Vanguard Health Systems, after beginning his career in investment banking with Merrill Lynch.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Penn.
Beyond his role at Lifepoint, Aaron is actively involved with Breakthrough T1D in Nashville, Tenn. and currently serves on the organization’s board of directors.

Jennifer Peters
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Legal Officer
In her role as executive vice president, chief administrative and legal officer, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the Lifepoint Legal department and leading several other key departments, including Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Insurance Claims and Risk Solutions, Audit Assurance, People Services and HR and Drug Diversion Prevention.
From a legal standpoint, she represents the company’s interests in all legal matters impacting the organization; provides strategic legal guidance to the company’s senior leadership and board of directors; oversees the company’s corporate governance work; and ensures the delivery of consistent legal guidance across the organization and in each of the communities Lifepoint serves.
Jennifer also oversees Lifepoint’s enterprise risk management program and infrastructure, bringing together the significant functions in the organization responsible for helping to manage and reduce risk and deploying an enterprise risk management strategy nationwide. Additionally, Jennifer is responsible for spearheading the transformation of our people services and HR function to ensure successful organizational alignment with our enterprise risk management strategy and with Enterprise Business Services, the infrastructure developed to support Lifepoint’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and shared services.
During her tenure at Lifepoint, she has served in several other leadership roles, including as executive vice president and general counsel, and senior vice president, chief operations counsel.
Before joining Lifepoint, Jennifer served as general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer for Simplex Healthcare, and vice president and associate general counsel at Community Health Systems prior to that. She also served as vice president and was part of the senior leadership team at a York, Pennsylvania hospital for six years.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in health law from the University of Maryland School of Law, her master’s degree in healthcare and finance management from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health and her bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University.
