    Clark Regional Medical Center (CRMC) today announced that veteran administrator Matt Smith has accepted the position of chief executive officer (CEO). Smith has been serving as CEO of Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, Kentucky since 2017 and formerly held the post of chief operating officer (COO) at CRMC.

    Spring View Hospital today announced that veteran hospital administrator Reba Celsor will join its team as chief executive officer (CEO), effective June 8, 2020. Celsor comes to Spring View from West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital, where she has served as CEO since 2015. She replaces Jerry Dooley, who has served as interim CEO of Spring View since February.

    Frye Regional Medical Center (FRMC), a Duke LifePoint Hospital, announced that Rod Harkleroad, RN has been named its new chief executive officer (CEO), effective June 8. Harkleroad joins FRMC from Haywood Regional Medical Center (HRMC), a Duke LifePoint facility in Clyde, North Carolina, where he has served as CEO since 2016. He will replace Chris Fensterle, who has been serving as interim CEO, in addition to COO, at FRMC since December 2019.

  • Scott Smith Named Market CEO of National Park Medical Center and Saline Memorial Hospital

    National Park Medical Center (NPMC) today announced that Scott Smith will join its team as chief executive officer (CEO), effective May 25. In addition to this position, Smith will also assume the expanded leadership role of market CEO, in which he will have oversight over both NPMC and Saline Memorial Hospital (SMH), another LifePoint Health facility located in Benton, Arkansas. SMH CEO Michael Stewart will continue to manage the daily operations of that facility and its affiliated assets, and report directly to Smith.

He will replace Scott Bailey, chief operating officer (COO) of Saint Mary’s, who has been serving as interim CEO.
