Spencer Thomas Named CEO of Sovah Health-Martinsville
June 07, 2021Sovah Health today announced that Spencer Thomas will join its team as chief executive officer (CEO) at Sovah Health – Martinsville (SHM) in August. Thomas joins SHM from Central Carolina Hospital (CCH) in Sanford, NC, where he has served as CEO since 2017. He will replace Tory Shepherd, chief operating officer (COO) of SHM, who has been serving as interim CEO. Shepherd will continue her role as COO following the transition.

The purpose of the fair was to provide resources for people and organizations in the community who have friends, family or coworkers that are struggling with addictions, thoughts of suicide, anxiety, depression and other behavioral health issues.
