
Saint Mary's Regional Health System, in Russellville, Arkansas, recently received a 2019 Arkansas Governor's Quality Award. The Governor's Quality Awards Program was created to allow organizations to measure progress in the journey of performance excellence. The program takes into account a full breadth of factors, including leadership; strategic planning; patients, measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and results. Jim Davidson, FACHE, chief executive officer of Saint Mary's, accepted the award on the hospital's behalf from Arkansas Gov.
