Upholding a legacy of philanthropy
To date, the PATH Foundation has funded more than $3,650,000 in overall investment toward the health and well-being of the communities it serves, including a $1,000,000 contribution toward the construction of a new science, health and technology building at Lord Fairfax Community College, and over $500,000 toward the PATH Resource Center, which serves as a valuable training and consulting center for area nonprofits, and the PATH Volunteer Center.
The foundation also awards grants to deserving organizations across the region, like the Fauquier Free Clinic, which provides comprehensive medical, dental and mental health care to local families who cannot afford health insurance or healthcare; Fauquier FISH, a food pantry for individuals and families in need; the Fauquier Education Farm, which grows and distributes produce to local food banks; and the Mental Health Association of Fauquier County, which was able to educate school staff and other community members in Youth Mental Health First Aid with funds received from PATH.
Honoring a legacy of community philanthropy spanning over 60 years, Fauquier Health and the PATH Foundation are partnering to ensure healthy and vibrant communities today and for future generations.
