The Marquette City Commission agreed to sell a 37-acre parcel of land currently being occupied by the Marquette Municipal Services Center to Duke LifePoint for $4 million. Duke LifePoint will use the land to build a brand new, state-of-the-art U.P. Health System Marquette campus.
